I returned to vancouver two days ago, and I think that I have slept about 70% of the time passed. My goodness, my schedule and routines are so screwed up, how will I ever recover? Hopefully I will return to normal tomorrow, I actually have class tonight which SUCKS but also it really good and I am excited to finally get my brain functioning again. If you are living in the Vancouver area, try this Memphis Blues BBQ place. There is one on Broadway and another just opened right down the fekkin street here on the Drive. It some damned good BBQ. Big ass plates o'meat, completely smothered in BBQ sauce with a side of tasty pit beans. It is a little overpriced I think (in the south a plate o' meat is not a rare find, so you wouldn't pay 12-15 bucks for it, but here ya do, it is like novelty food or something, american food.) But if you really like meat, this place is for you-Elvis style meat eaters even have a special meat plate for them, it does cost 60 smackaroos however, but hey, maybe you will have a heart attack, in the style of the king.
